We are eternally grateful to the magnificent team at the Hotel for helping out throughout the process and for their incredible professionalism the day of the event. It was a pleasure to work with such dedicated people, to see them in action and be a part of The Navigator’s Table Dinner Series.

Marketing Event

After receiving the initial brief, and with only one month to prepare, we had our work cut out! This special dinner was to be presented as a blank canvas in order for the food to be the clear protagonist. Guests would be invited to “play with their food”, creating savoury works of art to be devoured with gusto.

  • Source rentals, purchase props and decorative elements, all in white.
  • Source staff attire.
  • Propose creative ideas for place cards.
  • As the dinner would be held on the Hotel terrace, a contingency plan for rain was necessary.
  • Choose a photographer.
  • Create event budget and communicate costs.
  • Create Run of Show and other planning documents.
  • Manage printing of graphics.
  • Early start on the day of the event to ensure correct staging.
  • Decorate table.
  • Ensure timings were running accordingly once the event began

This event was held in different European cities within the same week. Aside from the phenomenal experience for the guests, each event was filmed and videos were created to raise awareness about The Navigator’s Table. The results were breathtaking and the second season of the series enjoyed higher viewing rates.
