Treatwell is the largest hair and beauty bookings website in Europe. A 24/7 beauty bookings platform that puts customers and salon managers in control, allowing people to book at times and prices that suit them most, offering style know-how in order to look and feel amazing.

With offices in several countries across Europe, Treatwell celebrates an annual gathering for employees to learn and grow, meet face-to-face, and basically have a great time together. As the company continues to expand, this year marked a new milestone for the annual event, with new day activities such as workshops and awards.

Through a mutual contact, we were able to jump on board to help Treatwell as their Event Planner for the big day. With four months to organise every single detail, this is the largest event we have planned from start to finish. An incredibly exciting and rewarding experience.

First and foremost, with such a tight schedule, it was necessary to find two venues, one for the day activities and another for the party in the evening. Accommodation was also crucial. Lots of details, tons of emails and phone calls, pinning down suppliers, all before the month-long Spanish summer holidays in August.

  • Broker a 400+ group deal with hotel
  • Locate and negotiate conditions with two venues
